Contact us about a payment, refund, privacy request, or setting up a fundraiser.
For payment or refund help
Include the contributor name, receipt email, fundraiser name, amount, and approximate date. Do not send a complete card number, card security code, Square access token, webhook key, or TeamRise administrator key.
For privacy requests
State whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. Some payment and accounting records must be retained even after other personal information is removed.
For fundraiser support
Include the organization name, fundraising goal, primary contact, and whether the organization already has a Square account.
